Community Care Ministry

A section of the Corps made up of men and women, whose purpose is to engage in a caring ministry.  This ministry is for the people who are vulnerable to loneliness and isolation because of age, disability, ill health or other circumstances.  The aim is to reach people living at home or in institutions such as residential care homes.  The main objective is to respond to the spiritual and social needs of individuals in the community.  Each group will adapt its ministry according to local needs, the size of its membership and the skill of its members.
